As we embark on an exciting new project, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superviso r to oversee and coordinate the management of our assets. About the Role: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of large-scale mobile mining equipment. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, a focus on compliance and safety, and the ability to build trust and drive performance across a distributed workforce.
