Job description

Overview Collaborates with production supervisors to identify training needs and map out training plans for production employees. Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs for production employees. Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: - Upholds and follows all safety rules and regulations, both in daily work and in the development of training programs. - Trains production employees on measurement tools, blueprint reading, and more. - Regularly assess the efficacy of training programs and makes improvements as needed. - Designs, prepares, and orders educational aids and materials. - Develops and maintains training documentation. - Collaborates with production supervisors and operations leadership to identify training needs and map out training plans. - Gathers training program feedback and makes recommended changes. - Assists with new hire onboarding. - Performs other duties as assigned.
