CEVA Logistics is a leading international logistics service provider. In the Benelux region, we operate over 50 locations spread across 30 sites, where more than 11,000 colleagues contribute daily to our success. YOUR ROLE: In the role of Team Lead Operations, you will lead a sub-process within the operation, specifically in the Packing department. Together with your team, you determine the success of the logistics operations for our client Bijenkorf. In this role, you will successfully lead the Packing subprocess. You will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 50 employees. Within this team, three Team Coordinators support you with their process-specific expertise. You inspire and motivate your team to set and achieve goals, while actively contributing to their personal and professional development. As Teamlead Packing, you report directly to the Operations Manager. You will work in two shifts, morning and evening, based at our location in Tilburg.
