What you’ll do You’ll own our short video format content pipeline end-to-end (idea → shoot → edit → publish → iterate). You’ll work closely with Christoph (“Chris”) as the main on-camera talent and sparring partner for brainstorming. 1) Ideation & planning Brainstorm weekly concepts with Chris (hooks, trends, story beats, punchlines). Turn ideas into simple, shootable plans: shot lists, props/gear needs, timing, upload plan. Organise and purchase small equipment/props when needed (high efficiency > high production value). 2) Shooting (phone-first, fast) Film short-form and YouTube content primarily on a phone (with clean audio + basic light if needed). Capture BTS, lifestyle moments, and quick story updates for Instagram. Handle basic set logistics: locations, timing, batteries, backups, quick setups. 3) Editing (speed + retention) Edit with a meme + educational + fast-cut + storytelling style (not cinematic). Strong pacing: hooks, pattern interrupts, captions/subtitles, sound design, memes, punchlines. Repurpose intelligently: turn long-form shoots into multiple shorts, reuse/refresh old footage. 4) Publishing & growth loops Publish across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok with platform-...
