Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Direct Hire Recruiter to join our team! You will source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent roles for our clientele, and manage / coordinate the interview and hiring process. You’ll be a strategic partner for our hiring managers, build relationships, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates. - Location: Remote - Pay Range: $65,,000+ (based on experience) + monthly incentive based on placements Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent skilled trades positions using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. - Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor. - Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. - Schedule interviews between candidates and clients / hiring teams. - Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from initial consultation and job posting to extending offers and ensuring smooth onboarding. - Ensure a positive and competitive experience for candidates throughou...
