Your Role in Our Mission: As the Compensation Analyst, you will support ESPH’s compensation strategy by developing and maintaining salary structures, conducting market analyses, and ensuring all job descriptions are accurate and compliant. You will partner with leaders across the agency to develop/update position descriptions, administer compensation programs, and provide data driven insights. In this role, you will also serve as the internal expert for the PayScale platform, lead compensation-related reporting in UKG, and collaborate with HR Compliance on FLSA classifications.
