The Supervisor must also verify and track new and reissued business to ensure proper billing procedures are followed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervise and manage the billing team, assigning tasks and ensuring that work is completed accurately and on time. Develop and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the billing process and identify areas for improvement. Oversee the monthly invoicing process and monitor invoice processing times to identify trends or areas for improvement.
