Connective is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our forward-thinking nonprofit organization in the role of Casual Residence Support Workers to work in our Youth and Adult programs in Vancouver. ROLE PURPOSE: In this role, you will build relationships with individuals and assist them to achieve their goals as well as ensuring that the client’s emotional/behavior, social, physical, and medical needs are meet. Our Community Inclusion programs help individuals access services and build community connections, while supporting them to develop life skills. We work one-on-one with service users to encourage them to identify, work toward, and achieve their goals so they can build greater independence and more active community engagement.
