Summary The Procurement Operator supports day-to-day procurement activities to ensure smooth material flow and operational continuity. The role focuses on order handling, issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing process improvement within the supply chain. Key accountabilities: - Daily operational procurement routines - Master data maintenance - Processing of logistics complaints - Missing parts database including escalation process - M3 Sampling procurement part - Creation of Annex 1 for MRP and supply agreements - Participation in the continuous improvement process - Check invoice: quantity discrepancy, FESTO invoice track - Responsible for standard orders and CUPP orders - YOM (OTRS) Ticket, Market communication, Top Prio Ticket, Demand PCreation and approval contracts, stock keepings and delivery schedule.
