Role Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Broadridge’s International businesses. Reporting to the Head of HR International, this role will partner closely with business leadership to deliver people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. This role requires understanding of employment legislation, experience supporting change initiatives, and the ability to work effectively within a global matrix organisation.
