Customer Operations Team Leader

Job Description Summary The Operations Team Leader will lead a team of Operations Leaders and is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day, tactical execution of delivery and production plans across all customers and engine programs produced within the shop. This role reports to the Plant Fulfillment Leader, who is accountable for Delivery, Production Control, and Sourcing for the site. The Operations Team Leader will ensure all functions within the shop are supported and have clear direction for success every day while prioritizing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost - in that order.
