About the team TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. TikTok LIVE is looking for a Gaming Creator Growth Manager who lives at the intersection of high-touch talent management and strategic product operations. In this role, you will act as a bridge for innovation: working hand-in-hand with creators to prototype new behaviors, format, and feature adoption, then building the operational blueprints to scale those successes across the entire gaming segment. You’ll report to the Creator Growth Team Lead, focusing on initiatives that drive measurable impact.
