Job Description Summary As the Quality leader for Performance Engineering, you will be responsible for driving proper focus around quality management & quality control related to Performance Engineering delivery and field management activities. You will be responsible with the functional engineering teams to drive proper containment, conduct root-cause and identify corrective and preventative actions for any identified quality issues. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying critical processes and drive creation of the standard work, method’s and processes to ensure repeatability of high quality outputs with proper governance. You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training the wider Performance Engineering community on Quality tools & methodology and working with the functional quality focal(s) across the organization in governance and world class quality management. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.
