Why is this role important: The Assistant Contract Manager will join a team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Contracts, Enterprise Procurement Group. The primary responsibilities are to successfully draft and negotiate procurement contracts for Goods not for Resale, particularly Software contracts which outline the outcome of negotiations with the supplier(s), and manage contract restructuring to reflect all changes.
