About the Role: - We are looking for a Full Time Unit Secretary to join our team. The Unit Secretary is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational functions of the clinic. This includes duties such as triage phone calls, authorizations, patient forms, insurance administration, clinical duties, and serving as a back-up receptionist/clinical assistant. What You'll Do: - Assisting clinic staff with administrative duties and tasking - Answering and triaging phone calls for clinic team - Providing patients with appropriate answers to clinical questions and concerns - Assisting patients with EDD and other required forms - Creating RFA’s for Worker’s Compensation patients and follow-up on authorizations and approval - Instructing patient regarding applicable surgical and diagnostic procedures - Registering pati...
