Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) plays a vital leadership role in supporting high-quality nursing care for residents while fostering dignity, compassion, and excellence in service. The ADON works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care are consistently achieved in alignment with the Vetter Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values.
