Position Summary GHJ Search & Staffing has partnered with a well-established nonprofit organization seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: #GHJSS #LI-SV1 - Oversee daily financial operations, accounting activities, and monthly close processes. - Assist with annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and budget-to-actual reporting. - Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and operational reports to leadership. - Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and finance staff. - Ensure monthly bank reconciliations and accounting entries are completed accurately and on time. - Partner with leadership on grant management, reporting, compliance, and fund accounti...
