WHO WE ARE: ODW Logistics is a people-focused and customer-driven third-party logistics (3PL) provider committed to delivering seamless end-to-end supply chain solutions. Our extensive range of services includes supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions. POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Data Management will lead the design, build, and execution of the company’s enterprise data management strategy, transforming fragmented, ad hoc reporting and siloed data into a single, governed, cloud based data platform that enables trusted analytics, self service reporting, APIs, and AI ready datasets. This role is not theoretical. We are seeking a hands on leader who has successfully built and operationalized enterprise data platforms before, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or similarly complex operational environments, The Director will own architecture, governance, delivery, and adoption, while actively contributing to the design, build, and guidance of a modern, scalable data platform using widely adopted cloud and data technologies.
