Job description

The Quality Management System (QMS) department creates, supports, and oversees the company’s global quality processes that affect both the product and the customer experience. The QMS applies to all value streams of the company’s operations. The QMS North America team is expanding to build a dedicated group that will make sure our quality processes are clearly defined, properly rolled out, consistently followed, and effectively executed. This helps reduce quality issues and customer risks, while also improving key performance indicators (KPIs). The Quality Lead Auditor is responsible for creating and carrying out detailed quality audit plans across several areas of the business, including design, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, supplier quality, supply chain, sales/after-sales, and other cross-functional domains. The Lead Auditor identifies potential risks to Stellantis by assessing whether teams are following required quality processes and standards, and by evaluating how gaps could impact customer quality.
