The Critical Care Transfer Coordinator (RN) plays a critical role in coordinating patient movement between healthcare facilities in a fast-paced, 24/7 call center environment. This position serves as the central communication hub for interfacility transfers, ensuring seamless care transitions and patient safety. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills are essential, along with excellent verbal communication abilities.
