Responsibilities and Duties: This position is focused on providing an exceptional client experience when guests visit or call Oakworth Capital Bank. The Client Experience Specialist will lead our client lobby experience and is responsible for a variety of tasks including those listed below: Providing excellent client service with the ability to stay positive in interactions with clients and fellow associates.
