Description Job Description: We are looking for a Systems Service Engineer to join our DSI Europe team and support the installation, service, and optimization of our advanced Thermal-Mechanical Physical Simulation systems (Gleeble). In this role, you will work closely with customers across Europe (and occasionally globally), ensuring high system performance and delivering a high-quality service experience. The position offers a combination of hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: - Install, commission, and service systems at customer sites - Perform customer acceptance tests and ensure successful system handover - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and performance issues in the field - Calibrate, upgrade, and repair systems to ensure optimal functionality - Deliver technical training to customers, both on-site and in-house - Support testing activities and validate system performance - Maintain accurate service reports and equipment documentation - Contribute to the development of customer-facing documentation and process improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support new product or feature developme...
