How you make a difference The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) oversees personnel management, client management, clinical quality management, and operations management for jails in their region. They ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care to inmates by allocating healthcare funds appropriately and meeting commitments to all stakeholders. The RDO provides guidance and support to HSAs, trains clinical staff, shares performance information with clients, acts as a conduit between the field and corporate office, and collaborates with all functions in the corporate office. Education: Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field. - Master’s Degree preferred. - Five plus years of experience in correctional operations management or correctional health experience. - Multi-site management experience required.
