Role Overview: We’re looking for an entry level Carpenter to join our growing team. This role focuses on building and assembling modular housing components—ranging from framing and sheathing to installation of doors, windows, and structural elements. You’ll contribute to both factory production and on-site assembly, ensuring our homes are strong, accurate, and built to last. Responsibilities: Perform carpentry tasks in a controlled factory setting and on residential job sites. Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods. Assist to install doors, windows, subfloors, sheathing, and other structural or enclosure elements. Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate, consistent, and ready for follow-on trades. Interpret shop and construction drawings to guide accurate builds and installations.
