Helps to maintain sanitation. Cleans trays, carts, and other equipment. Helps on the trayline when needed. Deliver food in the form of patient meals, nourishments, snacks, bag lunches and special functions to various locations in an accurate and timely manner. Pickup soiled trays and equipment and convey these items back to Food Services for cleaning and storage in a timely manner. Drive a Food Service box truck or other hospital vehicle in a safe manner and maintain the maintenance and sanitary condition of the vehicle used.
