Job Title: Machinist III Job Description: Machinist III – 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:15pm - 1:15am) Entegris is currently seeking a Machinist III for our Decatur, TX facility. In this role, you will perform tasks directly related to the machining of graphite, silicon carbides, and other specialty materials. What You’ll Do: - Work is job oriented, following detailed blueprints, customer specifications, and internal work instructions. - Operate hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and computers, (desktop and machine control varieties). - Operate powered machine tools such as vertical CNC mills, manual and CNC lathes, surface and centerless grinders, cup grinders, bandsaws, and other machining equipment. - Perform machine setups and/or operate equipment that is setup by more skilled operators. - Complete machining tasks within a customer job. - Routinely perform initial setup on new parts. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines to consistently produce high-quality products. - May be tasked with preventative maintenance and house...
