Role description: Arcadis is seeking a Construction Change Order Engineer to join our NYCDEP Construction Management Team in Yonkers, New York. This role requires full-time onsite presence for a NYCDEP construction project located in Yonkers NY. Role accountabilities: In this role, you will use your specific NYCDEP’s Bureau of Engineering Design and Construction change order experience to develop independent, complete and accurate cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, lead the negotiation of design and field change orders, draft Authorized Cost Breakdown Summaries and Negotiation Letters and responses to Office of Engineering Audits inquiries - Lead the development of independent cost estimates for change orders including quantity takeoff, pricing, verification of vendor pricing,...
