Senior EHS Specialist (Environmental, Health, and Safety)

Job description

Summary The Senior EHS Specialist leads and advances the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across all facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance, strengthening a proactive safety culture, and driving continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. This position owns and enhances the company’s Safety Management System (SMS), leads incident investigations, partners cross-functionally with Operations, Facilities, and Leadership, and serves as a subject matter expert on EHS programs. The Senior EHS Specialist plays a critical role in developing strategy, influencing behavior, and implementing scalable processes that reduce risk and support business growth.
