Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant – Java & VBA Domain: Financial Services / Defined Benefits (Pension) Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Merrimack NH Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Java and VBA to support and enhance applications within the Defined Benefits (Pension) domain . Key Responsibilities: Techno-Functional Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders, pension administrators, and SMEs to understand Defined Benefits processes and requirements . Technical Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using: - Java, JEE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot - Work on VBA-based Excel tools , including enhancement, maintenance, and transformation. - Convert and modernize VBA scripts into Java/JavaScript-based applications . - Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures . - Build and consume REST-based services where required. - Work in a DevOps environment with CI/CD pipelines.
