Job Title: Employee Relations Lead – UK Location: Milton Keynes OR Covent Garden, London (Hybrid) About the role: We are hiring an Employee Relations Lead – UK to join BSI’s People function, reporting to the Global Head of Employee Relations. BSI operates in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment where employment legislation and collective arrangements continuously evolve. This newly created leadership role will be responsible for delivering the employee relations strategy across the UK, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a high-quality people experience. You will lead and develop a team of up to three ER Specialists, oversee all UK employee relations activity, and act as the senior subject matter expert across the region.
