About the Talent Management Team: The Talent Management team at SMUD is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding talent for the entire organization. The Talent Management Intern will gain professional work experience within our People Services & Strategies department. They will also work on multiple tasks and projects as well as confidential and legal documents. About the Human Resources Intern Position The intern will do projects and tasks including (but not limited to): - Creating screening matrices - Processing confidential candidate information - Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews on Microsoft Teams and creating interview packets for the interview panel - Providing a great customer experience by following up and responding to candidate inquiries as well as assisting candidates in testing equipment prior to a video interview - Recording interview results - Managing and organizing electronic document folders and files - Attending career fair...
