Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests in a proper manner. Communicate and answer all customer questions clearly and professionally. Open car and hotel doors for guests as well as assist with coats and luggage. Offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions. Assist guests with special needs or disabilities. 2. Vehicle Handling: Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently.
