Customer Service & Front Desk: - Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner - Answer and direct incoming calls; respond to customer inquiries - Schedule appointments for estimates, drop-offs, and deliveries - Provide repair status updates and assist with customer communication - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area Cashiering & Payment Processing: - Collect and process customer payments including deductibles and balances - Handle insurance checks and electronic payments - Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records - Reconcile daily cash drawer and prepare deposits Administrative Support: - Open, update, and close repair orders (ROs) - Organize and maintain customer files and repair documentation - Assist with insurance paperwork, supplements, and approvals - Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery documentation - Support estimators and managers with clerical tasks - Order and maintain office supplies as needed Coordination & Communication: - Liaise with insurance companies, rental agencies, and vendors...
