A Day in Your Life at MKS Shape the Future of Sustainable Packaging and Products in Europe In this role, you will take on a key position at the intersection of sustainability, regulation, and operational implementation. You will assess, plan, and implement environmental and product requirements – particularly within the framework of the PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, the planned EU packaging regulation that will replace the current Packaging Directive) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive). You will work closely with internal departments and external partners, drive compliance processes, and develop sustainable solutions that strengthen our company in the long term. You contribute your own ideas, communicate clearly and confidently, and handle sensitive information responsibly. During the onboarding phase, you will travel approximately 50% of the time to our European production sites – this will decrease significantly as your experience grows.
