TITLE: HSC Learning Environments & Event Support Specialist JOB SUMMARY: The Learning Environments & Event Support Specialist at TWU’s Health Sciences Center (HSC) in Denton provides high-level technical support for academic learning environments and live campus events. This position is responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of presentation technologies including audio-visual (AV) systems, classroom technologies, and remote/hybrid learning tools. The specialist plays a critical role in supporting faculty, staff, and students by ensuring the reliability of instructional and presentation systems, coordinating setup and teardown for events, and delivering hands-on support for live and recorded sessions. This role also supports simulation-based instruction and serves as a technical resource for the Denton HSC community.
