About the Role We’re looking for a Logistics Operations Lead based in New York City to drive day-to-day execution across our logistics marketplace. This is a hands-on, field-forward role built for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You will be the on-the-ground operator; ensuring standards are met, supporting operators through critical moments, and stepping in to solve problems as they arise. You’ll work closely with operators and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly, especially during launches, early-stage ramp, and unexpected disruptions. This is not a fixed role with a static checklist. Priorities will evolve. New problems will appear daily. Success requires strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to execute without waiting for perfect clarity.
