Description The Director of Removable Excellence is a national role responsible for advancing BonaDent’s removable prosthetics expertise across the organization's laboratories. This position serves as the clinical and educational authority for removable dentistry, ensuring consistent quality standards, technician capability, and doctor confidence across all BonaDent locations. This role leads removable-focused education, quality oversight, and strategic growth initiatives, including reclaiming lost removable business and supporting new client acquisition through education, consultation, and credibility-based relationship building. The Director of Removable Excellence works cross-functionally with Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Development, and Human Resources Teams and serves as a visible ambassador of BonaDent’s removable excellence. The Director of Removable Excellence must also demonstrate the ability to produce high-quality restorations.
