Description Indian Rocks Christian School (IRCS) is seeking a highly qualified and visionary College Advising Director to lead our comprehensive college guidance program. This pivotal role involves guiding high school students and their families through the college preparation and application process while fostering a deep understanding of God’s unique calling for each student. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure students achieve their academic, spiritual, and career aspirations. Essential Functions: - Graduation and College Preparation Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive, step-by-step Graduation Plan (Grades 6–12) to prepare students for post-secondary opportunities, focusing on academic readiness, skill-building, and spiritual growth. - Event Planning and Coordination: Organize an annual College Fair featuring public, private, and faith-based institutions.
