Job Description: Complete all Agency payrolls accurately and timely and assist with answering questions for staff who have inquiries related to payroll, time entry and absence requests. Qualifications: - Associates degree, Bachelor’s Degree, preferred - Three to five (3-5) years payroll experience required - Strong mathematical and analytical skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality - Knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to payroll - Familiarity with Workday is beneficial - Computer skills, Microsoft Office - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Essential Responsibilities: - Complete all Agency payrolls accurately and timely. - Prepare manual checks on an as needed basis. - Process and audit payroll related paperwork. Respond to basic inquiries about: - Paycheck details (e.g., gross pay, deductions, net pay) - Pay periods and pay dates - Time off balances and accruals - Company policies and procedures - Utilize HCM information systems to access and verify employee data when responding to inquiries. - Escalate complex inquiries or issues when necessary. - Assi...
