Senior HR Business Partner (Fixed Term June '26 to March '27) London, UK | Fixed Term | Hybrid HR professionals – you're vital in our fight against cybercrime. We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join us on a fixed-term basis, partnering with our global Product function from our London office. You'll work directly with the Chief Product Officer and their leadership team, while providing broader HR support across EMEA. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution – equally comfortable influencing a C-suite leader and navigating a complex ER case. What you'll do: Partner with the CPO and Product leadership team as a trusted advisor on all people matters – from talent and performance to organisational design and change. Lead on employee relations across EMEA, managing cases from start to resolution with sound judgement and knowledge of local employment law.
