Location: On site at location listed in job posting Summary: This position is within the Mortgage Warehouse Lending (MWL) Division. Under minimal supervision, candidate will interact with MWL clients to service deposit accounts. The Client Specialist role supports the line of business by providing exceptional service and operational support to associates and clients. This role is responsible for managing client requests, facilitating account operations, and ensuring the accuracy and completion of documentation and transactions. The Client Specialist acts as a liaison between clients, associates, and internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience and support growth initiatives. This role places emphasis on relationship management and serving needs for teams and their portfolio of clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Review and Fund Loans - Processes and administers commercial loans.
