In this role, you'll: Join Transport for NSW's newly stood up Prioritisation and Asset Management (PAM) team where you will lead and manage a team of engineers and technical specialists to provide expert technical advice, governance and assurance across network interfaces, define minimum operating standards for rollingstock (RSUs), and drive strategic harmonisation of technical requirements and rolling stock acceptance processes across NSW rail networks. This is a unique role where you will have direct accountabilty for setting technical standards on behalf of TfNSW and thereby have direct accountability for saving lives. Working directly under the Professional Head Multi-Modal Fleet Engineering in the Chief Engineer's directorate, this role will see you exercise technical authority and lead reform across networks.
