Compensation Range: Annual Salary: $87,923.00 - $118,690.00 Position Summary: The Senior Payroll Manager is responsible for supervising payroll operations and ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing and reporting for the National University NU. This role involves overseeing payroll staff, resolving pay-related issues, and ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax laws and wage regulations. The Senior Payroll Manager works closely with Human Resources and Finance departments to maintain data integrity, reconcile payroll transactions, and support organizational objectives. Essential Functions: - Supervise a team of payroll professionals, providing mentorship, training, and support. - Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including accurate and timely preparation of all payrolls (weekly, biweekly, monthly). - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and wage laws and oversee accurate production and distribution of W-2 Forms and year-end tax reporting. - Administer enterprise resource planning systems (Workday, ADP, OSV, etc.), audit payroll cycle batches, and ensure proper uploads to the general ledger. - Research, analyze, a...
