Job description

Role Summary The Asset Integrity Compliance Supervisor is responsible for providing independent verification and assurance of rig asset integrity, maintenance execution, and technical compliance in accordance with the Borr Management System and Trust & Verify (T&V) framework. The role focuses on verifying the effectiveness of maintenance systems, asset condition (including actual status vs reported status), and technical barriers rather than executing day‑to‑day maintenance activities. Acting as a subject matter expert in rig maintenance and asset integrity, the position supports the T&V program by assessing compliance with maintenance requirements, identifying systemic gaps, and driving sustainable improvement across the fleet. The role shall work closely with Offshore Installation Managers (OIMs), Rig Maintenance Supervisors (RMS), and onshore technical teams to ensure maintenance and asset integrity standards are being applied consistently and effectively.
