We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager - Quality and Performance to join our Health & Education team at Bendigo Hospital and play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant and high‑performing facilities that support essential community services. Reporting to the Facilities Director, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of facilities management services across a diverse portfolio, ensuring contractual, safety and performance obligations are met. Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, partners and internal teams to deliver responsive and reliable outcomes. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, driving consistency, compliance and continuous improvement. Support financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control and reporting aligned to contract requirements.
