Job description

Follow up and respond to all messages related to Cargo Operations and transshipment issues as well as maintain a smooth and regular communication chain between Transshipment Management, TMCC, IDT and Customer Service staff in order to coordinate the best and fastest connection. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to coordinate load, discharge, vessel finalization, and adherence to deadlines and cut-offs as well as maintenance of the same. The RNA Coordinator cargo and transshipment planning and execution reports to the Supervisor Cargo and Transshipment planning and execution. - Coordinate activities with many internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Operations teams, and local authorities for escalation - Review and verify cargo documentation, including container lists, missing documentation, dangerous goods (DG) acceptance, and customs status. - Obtain overview on open transshipment requests and plan transshipment connection. - Coordinate terminal haulage or off-dock storage during transshipment. - Review accuracy of the feeder schedule created by GSC Scheduling and request any necessary changes. - Monitor transshipment connection and rollover of t...
