SURVEILLANCE LEAD OFFICER JOB SCOPE: Surveillance Lead Officers are responsible for understanding and responding to internal property needs. They communicate in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner. Surveillance Lead Officers work to ensure the safety of our guests, employees, and vendors, while ensuring assets of the property and its occupants are secure. QUALIFICATIONS: - Directly supervise Surveillance Officers in the absence of a Surveillance Supervisor - Assist their supervisor with employee training and department initiatives - Notify leadership, departments and/or MLGCA when required by regulation or policy - Effectively delegate work as it arrives, and ensure adequate completion of work - Use a CCTV system to monitor and review activity throughout the casino property - Work with employees within the department as well as other departments to investigate incidents - Complete typed reports/logs and preserve video as evidence - Maintain surveillance on all casino operations for errors, theft, fraud and regulatory violations - Respond to casino activity and utilize necessary equipment to identify, record and document illegal and unusual activities occurring on the...
