Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are seeking a maintenance supervisor to work at our Audubon Village Apartment Community in Richmond, VA. Description: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is HVAC /EPA Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
