Experience supporting Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs, including populations such as physically disabled, brain injury, frail/elderly, and intellectually/developmentally disabled (I/DD) preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in case management or care coordination preferred. Candidates residing in or near Marion, Reno, Harvey, Kingman, Sedgwick, Harper, or Sumner counties in Kansas are strongly preferred. This role is remote with up to 20% travel.
