Overview Tyndale's Marketing team is growing as we hire a hands-on, data-driven marketing operations leader with deep expertise in HubSpot, marketing automation, CRM processes, and campaign execution. This manager brings strong experience optimizing email marketing, workflows, lead scoring, attribution modeling, and account-based marketing initiatives while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Salesforce teams to optimize lead flow, reporting, and overall campaign performance. This individual combines strong operational and analytical skills with a practical understanding of AI-enabled marketing operations, leveraging AI tools to enhance segmentation, personalization, efficiency, reporting, and decision-making in a thoughtful and measurable way.
